PERSONAL LICENSE — KIT 2.7

This is a license to use the laboratory, not a sale of the underlying
copyright. The laboratory stands alone. It is a personally developed
study program. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by,
accredited by, or connected to any college, university, school, testing
agency, professional board, or accrediting body. It is not a course for
credit and confers no degree, diploma, certificate, admission, license,
or professional qualification.

1. GRANT
Subject to this license, you are granted a personal, limited,
non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to unzip and run
Graduate on computers you own or control, for your own study, and to
keep backup copies for yourself.

2. WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO
You may not:
  • post, torrent, share, or email the folder or the zip
  • sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or give copies away
  • place the laboratory on a school, company, or public server
  • use it as a for-credit course or claim any school affiliation
  • remove copyright, license, or attribution notices
  • use the problems, figures, or text to train a machine-learning
    model without written permission

Classroom, department, laboratory, or multi-seat use requires a
separate written license.

3. NO AFFILIATION
Graduate is independent. Names of schools, exams, agencies, or
publishers that may appear as ordinary subject-matter references
do not imply endorsement, accreditation, or partnership.

4. AS IS — NO WARRANTY
THE LABORATORY AND ALL ACCOMPANYING MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS"
AND "WITH ALL FAULTS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLENAR LABORATORY
AND THE AUTHOR DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,
TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE AUTHOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE
LABORATORY WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FIT FOR ANY
EXAMINATION, COURSE, PROGRAM OF STUDY, ADMISSION DECISION, OR JOB.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE AUTHOR AND GLENAR
LABORATORY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL,
SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR
LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOST PROGRESS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE
POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF
THIS LICENSE OR THE USE OF THE LABORATORY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE
AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THIS COPY, OR ZERO IF THE COPY WAS PROVIDED
WITHOUT CHARGE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or
liability limits. In those places, the above is limited to the
extent required by law. This license does not affect statutory
consumer rights that cannot be waived.

6. STANDS ALONE
The laboratory runs from the folder you unzipped. Progress is stored
on this computer, in this browser. Another browser, a private window,
or another account is a blank start. There is no obligation to host,
support, update, or maintain the laboratory after delivery.

7. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS
KaTeX and bundled fonts are used for typesetting. They remain the
property of their authors and are licensed separately. See
THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt.

8. INTENDED AUDIENCE
Graduate is intended for older teenagers and adults engaged in
independent study. It is not directed at children under 13.

9. TERMINATION
This license ends if you break it. On termination you must delete
your copies. Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 survive termination.

10. GENERAL
If a court finds any part of this license unenforceable, the rest
remains in effect. This license is the entire agreement for use of
this copy. It is governed by the laws of the United States and of
the state of the copyright owner's residence, without regard to
conflict-of-law rules.

By opening or using Graduate you accept this license. If you do not
accept it, do not use the laboratory; delete the folder and request
a refund under the seller's posted refund rule.
